QUANTUM is a premium cooling performance thermal compound with a high thermal conductivity value of up to ≤17.0 W/Mk and a very low thermal resistance. It ensures efficient heat dissipation from the CPU and GPU to the cooler even under prolonged extreme processor loads. The full performance stability of QUANTUM is achieved after a short time and remains very stable in its cooling performance even with short-term increases in high temperatures.
VERSATILE APPLICATION: The paste is equally suitable for cooling with air and water coolers and is ideal for AMD Ryzen and Intel Core CPUs, regardless of their size. It is also perfectly matched for GPUs from AMD (RADEON) and NVIDIA (Geforce), as well as for gaming consoles such as PS4, PS5 and Xbox, and also for laptops.
EFFORTLESS APPLICATION: The paste is easy to apply and can be spread evenly on the CPU or GPU either by applying pressure to the cooler or with the enclosed spatula at a room temperature of approx. 220C. QUANTUM shows its full cooling performance with increased contact pressure.
RESISTANT FORMULATION: ULTRA was developed according to German performance and quality standards and recommends a storage period of up to 5 years at room temperature and unopened. For optimum performance, it is recommended to renew the paste after 2 years of use at the latest (period of use on the CPU). The Paste is NOT ELECTRICAL Conductive.
APPLICATION QUANTITIES: Small CPU (LGA 11xx, LGA12xx, AM4, FM2+) 1g approx.4-5, 2g approx.8-10, 4g approx.18-20, 10g approx. 40-50 applications and 25g up to approx.110 applications. Large CPU (LGA 20xx, TR4, Server) approx. 1g per application. 25g approx. 23-25 applications.
