A sdandard size wallplate(4.5" x 2.75") maybe too small to cover the old work box, so you can choose this cat6 insert, then conbine it with a midway or oversize decorative faceplate to make an extra large wallplate to cover hole on the wall.
If the in-wall Ethernet cable doesn't pre-terminated with a RJ45 connector, you must have a crimping tool to finish the job. A punch down style cat6 jack will help you to save the cost.
