Delivery:

If you have not received your shipment within our guarantee delivery time, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply.

Return & Refund:

If the return is the result of a Lorie & Knight error, we'll refund your return shipping costs up to a maximum amount; if it is not the result of a Lorie & Knight error, you will need to ship the item back on your own. Defective items should be reported within 3 days from the date it was received, please tell us what the defect is (together with pictures, if necessary), and give us your order number. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.
