This AC/DC adapter is compatible with ESSENTIAL Wide Range (UA-651), ESSENTIAL Wireless (UA-651BLE), PREMIUM Multi-User (UA-767F & FAC), PREMIUM Pre-Formed (UA-787EJ) & PREMIUM+ Talking (UA-1030T) models, as an optional accessory or a replacement power adapter. Plug into an AC 120V 60Hz wall outlet power supply and output DC 6V 500mA to the device. This is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) accessory - using this AC adapter for a blood pressure monitor ensures the safety and longevity of your BP monitor. Please do not use non-A&D Medical devices.
