Special Features

  • NESTED TUBE EDITION parts snap together to fit the standard 30" (762 mm) size tube, and with black Xtender Adaptors attached, will fit the larger 31" (787 mm) outer tube which is commonly labeled as 30". (See listing of Nested Tube States in the Product Description)
  • KIT INCLUDES BOLT STAR 30" Standard pole base template (4 yellow arms, 1 structural black hub), 1 set of 4 Xtender Adaptors, hardware (forming tube shown not included). You will need to snap on the black Xtender Adaptors as shown for a proper fit on the larger 31" outer tube.
  • BOLT SLOTS hold 4 anchor bolts up to max. 1" (25 mm) diameter during concrete pour, with 7" to 14" bolt circle and 5” (127 mm) to 10” (254 mm) bolt square measurements engraved on tool
  • ARCHED ARMS allow 1 3/4" (44 mm) from top of form to bottom of template, room to trowel finish entire top of base without removing tool, lowering risk of leaners or bolts out of alignment; bubble levels included in each arm
  • FAST, SAFE & ACCURATE BOLT INSTALLATION from 57% more efficient process with no measuring, cutting or drilling required; form hooks keep bolts centered in round form and prevent movement during the concrete pour
