This Herm. Sprenger fur saver dog collar is made of hypoallergenic curogan and is designed for dogs with the neck circumference from 17 to 19 inches. Overall collar length is 22 inches (55 cm) by 3mm wire gauge. Link size 0.9 inch (2.3 cm) long and 0.5 inch (1.3 cm) wide.

IMPORTANT:
It is especially important to choose the correct size. Please consider your dog's neck and head circumference when selecting the collar - the collar slips over the dog's head.

HYPOALLERGENIC MATERIAL:
Curogan is a copper and tin alloy. It does not contain nickel, thus making it a good choice for dogs who are allergic to nickel. Curogan collars are durable and rust resistant.

FUNCTIONALITY AND DESIGN:
Curogan fur saver collar has medium links and martingale assembly chain. It is well suited for dogs with short hair and long hair. The chain serves as a behavior correction collar. The collar tightens when the dog is pulling on a leash. The control loop on the collar should have enough room to pull into a symmetrical triangular shape when a leash is attached and pulled. When the leash is attached and pulled tight, the O-rings on each side of the control chain should never touch. There should always be two fingers width (about 2 inches) between the side O-rings.
