Battery output for power your camera and monitor at the same time. But the camera can get power only when you use the NP-F series or LP-E6 battery (s) and through a DC coupler. It can not be powered when using an AC power cable.
It also supports the AC Power supply. Note: If use AC power, please ensure using the right AC adapter for it, or it may cause the touch screen function to garbled.
