Elevate your cooking and dining moments with these exquisite, terracotta creations that seamlessly blend functionality and aesthetics. To make roast sausage (chouriço), simply pour high proof alcohol into the sausage roaster (Everclear works well). The more alcohol in the roaster, the longer the flame will last. Traditionally, the chouriço is left whole but slices can be added about one inch apart along the chouriço. Ignite the alcohol using a match or lighter. Rotate chouriço every minute until desired crispiness is achieved. Remove from the roaster, slice into pieces, and serve hot.
