High temperature silicone sealant is a sealing product specially used for automobile engines. It can form a uniform, stable and continuous thin layer on the joint surface of parts, and can fully fill the depressions and microscopic gaps on the joint surface to complete the seal. Can be turned into various types of sealing silicone gasket after curing.

Features:
Waterproof, antifreeze, high temperature resistance, oil resistance, non-corrosive, fast curing, strong sealing.

The reasons for ineffectiveness may be:
1. High temp sealant does not conform to the environment at that time, such as high Temperature environment, high heat silicone sealant cannot be used.
2. Uneven coating.
3. Insufficient curing time, environmental changes will extend the curing time.
4. Surface oil stains have not been cleaned , resulting in weak bonding.
5. RTV silicone gasket maker has aged.

NOTE:
1. Conduct a sealing test after sealing to prevent damage to the instrument during actual use.
2. Different environments require different curing times: 25℃, 10~30min (room temperature)
3. Applicable temperature: - 60~+300°C
4. Ultimate pressure: room temperature: ≥10MPa
5. Do not come into contact with uncured RTV silicone sealant
