  • Installation Methods: step1. Wrap masking tape around the area to be cut to ensure a clean cut and to prevent the braid from coming apart. step2. Cut hose cleanly and clean off debris. step3. Clamp the fitting socket in a vise and insert the hose into the socket. step4. Lubricate the fitting step5. Start threading the socket down onto the fitting by hand. Be careful not to strip the threads at first. Hand tighten the initial threads, being careful not to strip the threads at the beginning. step6. Once the hose is threaded through the fitting, tighten with an adjustable wrench.
