EASY TO USE: The sparkplug gap tool is convenient to use. Simply place the spark plug into the slot, find the corresponding size plug gauge, and rotate the knob to tighten the spark plug gap tool until the side electrode is compressed to the specified position.
ADJUSTMENT TIP: Some spark plug tools may experience electrode rebound (a normal phenomenon), so if your gap target is 0.45 mm, we recommend using a 0.43 mm feeler gauge. This way, when it rebounds, you will get a gap of 0.45 mm.
APPLICABLE SCOPE: The universal spark plug gapper adjustment is compatible with most 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, and 16 mm thread spark plugs, but is not compatible with 18 mm threads or long or short-distance spark plugs.
FOLDABLE FEELER GAUGE: The spark plug gap tool comes with 32 blade steel feeler gauges made of high-quality manganese steel, each with a size engraved on it, measuring from 0.0015 inch (0.04 mm) to 0.035 inch (0.88 mm).
