Product Advantage
Durability: The caliper surface is galvanized and the piston is made of steel, these materials can withstand high temperature and friction to extend the brake calipers service life.
Good sealing: The brake calipers are fitted with seals inside the calipers, these seals provide a good seal and ensure that the brake fluid in the hydraulic system does not leak out of the inside of the calipers.
Safety: The cast aluminum housing is lighter and reduces the weight of the suspension, which makes the suspension system more responsive, improves the response speed of the braking system, shortens the braking distance and ensures driving safety.
Reduced maintenance: As the brake pads gradually wear out, the calipers are able to compensate for the wear by automatically adjusting the gap according to the wear, saving labour costs while maintaining good braking performance.
When Need to Replace Brake Calipers?
Brake fluid leakage: For example, a leak from the caliper inlet, a puddle of brake fluid under the car or a drop in the level of brake fluid in the tank.
The braking distance is too long: For example, the brakes do not hold, and the braking distance is getting longer and longer.
Abnormal noise or excessive dust when braking: For example, a sharp squeaking sound when braking.
Uneven braking: For example, favouring one side when braking.
Rust or aging of calipers: For example, when corrosion marks on the surface of the caliper pistons, sliding shafts, caliper pump bodies, and brackets are removed by grinding, the corrosion has still not effectively removed.
How to Install Brake Calipers?
1.Remove the wheel bolts and remove the wheel.
2.Remove the brake calliper bolts and remove the old brake calliper.
3.Install the new brake calliper and tighten the calliper bolts.
4.Install the wheel and tighten the wheel bolts.
5.Finally, check that there are no missing parts in the installation and test for good performance.
Attention
Before purchasing brake calipers, check the car's OE number.
