How to wear nicely:
Step 1: Wipe your breasts and keep them dry.
Step 2: Remove the clear protective film from the cups.
Step 3: Tilt your upper body 45°and push both breasts towards the center so that the cups fit over the breasts, covering the edges as much as possible.
Step 4: Press the adhesive on both sides to make sure it fits and stays in place.

Cleaning:
1:Wet with warm water and gently wash with a mild detergent.
2:Lay the bra flat with the adhesive side up. Place in a cool, ventilated area to dry naturally.
3:After drying, apply a protective film to prevent the adhesive from losing its tack due to dust, and the adhesive will regenerate itself for the next use.
Note:Not recommended for use in high temperatures as perspiration may affect adhesion.
