Description

Multi-testing: High and Low Temperature Test: This test is designed to verify the performance of mass air flow sensor at various temperatures. The MAF sensor is subjected to high and low temperatures and then its performance is evaluated to ensure that it works properly in all temperature conditions.

Quality Test: This test is done to evaluate the manufacturing quality and performance of the air flow meter. Testing may include checking appearance, fit and function to ensure that each MAF sensor meets design requirements.

Data Accuracy Test: This test is to verify the data accuracy of the air flow meter. During the test, the MAF sensor will be mounted on test equipment and then various airflow conditions will be simulated to verify that the MAF sensor can accurately measure and transmit data.

Fatigue Resistance Test: This test is to verify the durability of the MAF sensor.The MAF sensor will be evaluated for performance after a period of continuous use to determine if it can withstand long-term use.
