Frequency Display Instruction:
The frequency is divided into 4 ranges and switched automatically.
1. XXX: minimum unit 1Hz, value range 1Hz~999Hz.
2. X.XX: minimum unit 0.01kHz, value range 1.00kHz~9.99kHz.
3. XX.X: minimum unit 0.1kHz; value range 10.0kHz~99.9kHz.
4. X.X.X: minimum unit 1kHz; value range 1kHz~150kHz.
e.g. Frequency displays 100 represents 100Hz; displays 1.01 represents 1.01kHz;
displays 54.1 represents 54.1kHz; displays 1.2.4 represents 124kHz
