It can detect the presence or absence of various liquid substances, strong acids, strong alkalis, and other liquids in high-pressure or open containers. The presence or absence of liquids and powder can be determined.
This sensor is temperature-independent and can detect liquid levels of cold and hot liquids.
The sensing technology works with non-metallic containers such as plastic, glass, ceramics, and PVC. The sensing distance can be as much as 20 mm. The sensitivity can be adjusted for each sensor.
This sensor was custom-made for MySpool by the manufacturer to extend the standard cable from 1 M (3-foot) to 1.5M (5-foot). The base sensor is XKC-Y25-V.
