USER NOTIFICATION:

1. If you are going to install this adaptor into a small lighting fixture, make sure this adaptor will fit with the lighting fixture
2. The length of light bulb will be extended about 1.5 inch after installed this adaptor, that depend on the deep of the E12 socket, that might cause the bulb out from the lighting cover for the downlight fixture
3. Do not install the lamp bulbs that is over the E12 to E26 adapter spec, that will cause the adaptor damaged due to over rating
4. Do not install a heavy light bulb on this adapter, because the E12 lamp head is small that cannot load too heavy bulb, but a normal E26 LED bulb which is below 16 oz is ok for use
