How To Install
Hallow wall or ceiling: Drill small right hole, make the spring toggle wing attached to long toggle bolt, fold the toggle wing to inset into hallow wall or ceiling, install and tighten ceiling hooks for hanging lights.
Solid wall: Drill small right hole, attach tighten zinc plated screw to the swag hook, then turn screw anti-clockwise until snug, finally install screw in the solid wall.
