Package Include:
PPR300(3 inch) Plastic Pipe Fitting Reamer. 1 pc 3/8 inch hex shaft. 2 pcs hex wrench.
Installation:
Insert the hex shaft into the reamer and once the hex shaft is fully inserted and flush with the bottom of the reamer, tighten the set screw using a hex wrench.
Instructions:
1. Preparation: First fix the pipe that needs to be enlarged in diameter, then prepare the accessory reamer of the appropriate size and install the reamer on the drill bit.
2. Use the reamer: Insert the reamer into the pipe, then turn the reamer to gradually expand the pipe diameter. Note that the expansion force should be gradually increased to avoid damaging the pipe.
3. Check the pipe: After using the reamer to expand the pipe diameter, carefully check the pipe to ensure that no cracks or other damage are caused during the expansion process.
