Pump works at rated voltage: When there exists insufficient in-flow or no in-flow (or significant air bubble within), pump's DRY-RUN protection will be triggered: Pump will access stop-run-stop-run-stop-run--- cycle, greatly reducing rotation in this context. When in-flow comes sufficiently again, pump will then re-access normal run performance. This DRY-RUN protection is aimed to significantly reduce physical damage of pump from long time DRY RUN in some scenarios. Otherwise, pump could be conveniently dead due to long-time DRY RUN.
