High-quality materials: The RV furnace limiter is made of high-quality aluminum alloy and thermoplastic materials, which has good conductivity, is more resistant to high temperatures, is very reliable, and has a long service life. The middle part is made of ceramic material, which is more temperature-resistant than ordinary bakelite.
Temperature sensitive: The limiter uses a temperature-sensitive bimetallic strip as an actuator. When the ambient or surface temperature reaches the 190°F operating fast point of the metal disk, the disk is responsible for triggering the opening of the thermal isolation and electrical isolation contacts.
Specifications: Limit temperature 190℉ (automatic shutdown when the temperature reaches 190℉), 250V, 10A.
Note: For your safety, make sure the power is turned off at the circuit breaker or fuse before installing the limiter. Use a tool with a magnetic head (screwdriver and magnetic head) or a retractable magnet to fix the screw.
Note: Limit switches with multiple temperature ratings are located in key locations above the heating chamber of various furnace models. When replacing one of the switches, use a switch with the appropriate rating.
