Special Features

  • This module is an improved consumable encoder for ERCF, designed to make your 3D printing smoother. The creator of this module used the original TCR T5000 PCB, analyzed the issue, and created a more reliable and easier alternative solution. The original light was triggered off and kept on without triggering. The load of the light was on the signal line, which would cause delayed triggering, so we changed it to trigger on.
  • In order to handle erroneous readings, the creator of the board added a Schmitt filter on the PCB, which, like the TCR T5000 board, also includes an LED, with slight improvements compared to the original PCB module
  • The circuit board is fully soldered with a 3-pin JST XH connector, connectors and wires are included here. The encoder sensor model is EE-SX1103.
