Parameter Information:
Model: DM556
Input Voltage: DC 20-50V(recommended 24V-48V)
Current: 1.4 - 5.6A
Features:
- 8 dip switches SW1-SW8, detailed settings can be found in the driver panel diagram. SW1-SW3 is used to set the output current of the driver. SW4 is used to set the automatic half / full current function of the driver, usually set to OFF. OFF indicates that the static current is half of the dynamic current, while ON indicates that the static current is the same as the dynamic current. Changing its state twice within 2 seconds will automatically adapt to the motor parameters. SW5-SW8 is used to set the microstep subdivision of the driver.
- The drive has two indicator lights, red and green. The green light is the power indicator light, which stays on continuously when the driver is powered on; The red light is the fault indicator light. When overvoltage or overcurrent faults occur, the fault light remains on. After clearing the fault, the red light goes out. When the drive malfunctions, only by re powering on and re enabling can the fault be cleared.
Place of Application:
- Suitable for various small and medium-sized automation equipment and instruments, such as 3D printers, engraving machines, marking machines, cutting machines, laser phototypesetter, plotters, CNC machine tools, automatic assembly equipment, etc.
- Suitable for stepper motor: 57, 60, 86 type 2-phase (4-wire, 6-wire, 8-wire).
- Fit for Nema 23 Nema 24 and Nema34 stepper motor, fit for hybrid 2-phase stepper motors (Outer diameter: 57, 60, 86mm).
Note:
- After the user completes the wiring, when the first power is turned on, the motor parameters must be automatically recognized through SW4 (changing the AW4 state twice within 2 seconds, automatically adapting the motor parameters). ackage Include:
