  • [Function]: 79005 High-Limit Thermistor Sensor is a safety device designed to communicate with the system to shut down the heater if the water temperature exiting your heater exceeds 118 degrees F. 79006 Control Thermistor is a safety device that measures the water temperature of your spa and communicates that temperature reading to the Motherboard.
  • [Fitment]: For No Fault Heater and PDR Heater, Compatible with Hot Spring, Limelight, Hot Spring pre 89, Tiger River models from 2002+ model years.
  • [Installation tips]: Screws into the No Fault Heater Housing (hand tight only) and then plugs directly onto the motherboard inside the lQ 2020 control box. Always replace thermistors in pairs (79005 & 79006).
  • [Package includes]: Newly designed and with O-ring, includes 1/2" thread 79005 Hi-limit Sensor w/2-Pin Molex connector (small port). 5/8" thread 79006 Temp Sensor w/4-Pin Molex connector (larger port). replaces the obsolete 39204, 39205, 39525, 39530.
  • [Tips]: Molex to AMP plug adapter cable not included with kit. Not compatible replacement for pre-2002 model years as they require the old-style larger AMP connectors.
