Smooth Surface: The inner wall roughness of the throat tube and the inner wall of the nozzle is Ra 0.4, and the inner wall of the throat tube and nozzle is smooth, which reduces clogging and improves printing quality
Super Durable Material: This nozzle is made of hardened steel SKD11 material, the max temp could reach 500c, and the hardness is over HRC60 can reduce the abrasion to the inner and outer of the nozzle during long-time printing, achieving high-quality printing
Titanium Alloy Upgrades: The heating block is connected to the radiator through two gold alloy screws to prevent the throat from bending and breaking during high-speed printing
Upgrade Nozzle Structure: The heat block and the nozzle are threaded, and the nozzle is in contact with the bottom step of the throat to firmly solve the problem of falling off and reduce the possibility of material leakage. The detachable nozzle reduces the cost of use

Description

TZ 2.0 upgraded hot-end extrusion head (whole all-metal, threaded nozzle structure that is not easy to bend and break), and the printing consumable flow rate can be as high as 35mm³/s

●The Material of The Heating Block Throat is Upgraded: the heating block is upgraded to chrome-copper and nickel-plated for fast heat conduction and high-temperature printing resistance. The alloy pipe is surrounded by chrome copper for better heat dissipation

●Heating Block Nozzle Upgrade: The heating block is upgraded to chromium-copper-nickel plating, which can withstand 550℃ high temperature printing and has fast thermal conductivity; the nozzle is made of hardened steel SKD11, which has been quenched and hardened and can be heated up to 550℃ or above, making it more wear-resistant and extending the Service life

●Nozzle Structure Upgrade: The heating block and the nozzle are threaded, and the nozzle is in contact with the bottom step of the throat to firmly solve the problem of falling off and reduce the possibility of material leakage. The detachable nozzle reduces the cost of use
