Operation:
1. Please thoroughly clean the skin in the area where the electrodes are to be placed.
2. Please make sure that the device is turned off.
3. Connect the unit‘s cables to the electrode.
4. Carefully remove the electrodes from their protective foil and press the electrode firmly onto the clean skin.
5. Do not pull on the cables.
6. Now switch on the unit and begin treatment according to the instructions for use.

After treatment:
1. Switch off the unit.
2. Remove the electrodes from the skin by lifting them carefully off, starting at the edges. To avoid damage, do not pull on the cables.
3. Place the electrodes back in the protective foil.
4. Disconnect the cables by carefully twisting and pulling at the connectors of the electrode.

Tips for Better Results of Pads:
1. Clean and dry before massage, use with proper care and skin cleaning.
2. Excess hair, make-up, lotions, skin oil, etc. will reduce the stickiness of the pads.
3. Avoid using the same pads as others.
4. Attach the pads to flat skin firmly.
5. Grab a corner of the pad and peel it off, do not pull the wire.
6. Place the pads back to the plastic film.
