Description

Flossing bands are awesome tools for improving joint mobility and neuro-muscular mechanics. You can easily regain and enhance a full range of motion, and restore and activate live muscle tissue by inducing rapid blood flow to target areas. How does it work? When you squeeze muscle tissue by wrapping it tightly then push it through a full range of motion, it causes friction between the muscle fibers.
