1. Spark
If there will be sparks after the installation of the new carbon brush, please continue to run for 1-2 minutes, the sparks will disappear naturally after the carbon brush is fully ground.

2. Wear out quickly
The use of the new carbon brush is soon finished, this situation is caused by the uneven commutator, check whether the rotor has convex phenomenon.

3. Conductor burnout
If the wire is burnt after the new carbon brush is applied, please stop using it immediately and check the equipment to avoid other damage. If the situation is caused by over-current phenomenon such as welding, short circuit or dust, please deal with it in time.
