  • 1. Double Sided Textured PEI Print Bed 0.7mm: Compared with smooth PEI or colorful PEY sheet, flexible steel bed with Dual Sided PEI surface is excellent. Adopt 0.5mm original material, other than 0.3 or 0.4mm, thicker platform, better heat saving, longer lifespan. The matte texture makes it easier for the printing material to adhere, more stable. This 330mm by 330mm plate kit is combined with 2 parts, a flexible steel coated with frosted PEI and a magletic bottom with adhesive on the back.
  • 2. Great First Layer Adhesion: No glue, No tap. Setting an appropriate Z-off Value is VERY important. If too low, the 3d printing material buildup or no extrusion on the bed. If too high, the prints come off the print surface, can't stick well. Recommend to Turn OFF the cooling fan and Slow Down the speed to 10-25mm/s when printing the first few layers. And a clean bed, a dry filament and hems adding also help get a good bed layer.
  • 3. 330mm 330mm PEI: Size:330x330mm/13x13inch is compatible with Neptune3 Plus, Neptune4 Plus, QID X-max3, Flsn Core-XY,Tronx X3S / X5S / X5S Pro 3D Printer or other similiar hot bed. Our spring steel plate's thickness is about 0.7mm, much Thicker, more stable and durable than others, which costs more. If you are not sure, you can contact us or measure your heated aluminum plate bed to avoid wrong buy, 325x325 build plate, 320mm x 320mm build plate, if you can accept 1-10mm, get it.
  • 4. Wide Filament Compatibility: Fit most 3d printing material, such as PLA, PETG, TPU, PEEK, etc. Especially more friendly to high temp material ABS than PEO PEY sheet. Excellent adhesion can be achieved when the temperature of the heated bed is about 60℃, you can print directly on each side of the double sided PEI sheet without any glue or other tools to help the model to stick onto the sheet. A 3d printer dust cover would help work better if printing ABS which needs bed temp over 80℃.
