SUPPORT AND COMPATIBILITY :The board fully supports computer software that uses parallel control, such as MACH3. Users can seamlessly connect their devices and control them with their preferred software. The board can be easily connected to a common anode/cathode driver with a 5V input level, making it suitable for a wide range of devices.
12-24V WIDE INPUT VOLTAGE RANGE:To ensure the safety of your computer, the board provides separate power supplies for USB and peripheral devices. This design prevents potential power problems from affecting the operation of the computer. The board has a wide input voltage range of 12-24V, making it compatible with a wide range of external devices. It also has a reverse connector to prevent accidental errors.
MULTIPLE OPEN PORTS, PWM OUTPUT:This CNC breakout board has 17 available ports that can be connected to an optocoupler driver and used to control 5-axis stepper motors. This provides the user with flexibility and customization options. The board's P1 port is used as a PWM output, allowing the user to control the spindle speed controller via an optocoupler input. This feature ensures accurate and efficient control.
OPTOCOUPLER ISOLATION:All input on the board are opto-isolated, which provides reliable and secure operation. Users can easily connect emergency stop, tool setting, limit switches, and other peripherals.
The board contains a relay output port that can be used to control the spindle switch. The output port is conveniently located on P17. The board has a single opto-isolated 0-10V analog voltage output that allows spindle speed control via the corresponding analog interface on the drive. The output connector is located on P1.
