Ultra-Shear Counterbore Slotting Router Bits
Precision and Flexibility for Counterbored Slots
Ultra-Shear's Counterbore Slotting Router Bits are designed to cut a stepped slot that accommodates material expansion and contraction and allows for lateral adjustment of fasteners. Available in sizes for #6, #8, #10, and #12 screws, each with 1/2" head clearance, these solid carbide bits ensure incredibly clean cuts and long-lasting performance through thousands of screw blocks.
Versatile Applications
These bits perform exceptionally well in both router tables and plunge routers with fences. They simplify and speed up the process of making multiple screw blocks simultaneously, with adjustable slot lengths based on wood species and table top width. Additionally, they can be used in a drill press to drill square-shouldered counterbore pilot holes.
Ideal for Multiple Uses
While table-to-apron screw blocks are the most obvious application, Ultra-Shear Counterbore Slotting Router Bits are versatile enough to be used in any situation requiring a counterbored slot that allows movement. Their precision and durability make them an invaluable tool for various woodworking projects.
