** The Snuggle Strap, a must-have companion to the loose series of swaddle, snugly wraps around your baby's chest, providing the calming security of being swaddled but with enough room to move their arms freely. Now you can both experience the magic of tranquil, restful sleep.
** Easy to use - Unlike muslin swaddle blankets or other complicated baby wraps, our swaddle wrap are easy to use. Simply place your baby in the swaddling bag and wrap the Snuggle Strap around your baby. The fastener must be snug when closed. Never use if a baby can remove the Snuggle Strap over their arms. It is intended to be worn as a belt under the arms. The Snuggle Strap is designed for babies younger than 6 months of age and goes on the outside of the swaddle sleeping bag.

Tip: The snuggle strap goes over top of the sleeping back.

** Why swaddle an infant?
** Swaddling is one of the easiest ways to calm a newborn.
Making sure your baby feels safe and secure is the first step in keeping many newborn infants calm and happy. This can greatly reduce the amount of time your baby will spend crying and improve your quality of life as a new parent. Swaddling can be a very effective tool as it makes the infant feel as if it is being held tightly in a womb-like state. This feeling encourages babies' sound sleep.
** How long should I swaddle my baby?
** The average age to wean from swaddling is around 3-6 months, after which the Moro, or “startle” reflex, lessens. Many babies do benefit from the comfort of being swaddled longer than that. Once your baby has begun to roll, pediatricians advise to stop swaddling immediately.
