① Fail Secure (NO) (Default) – When Unpowered, strike is Locked
② Fail Safe (NC) – When Unpowered, strike is Unlocked
Normally Open (NO) / Normally Closed (NC) Wiring:
① Fail Secure - Normally Open (NO) – Strike is Normally Unpowered and remains locked, Unlocks when power is added
② Fail Safe - Normally Closed (NC) – Strike is Normally Powered and remains locked, Unlocks when power is removed
