Simply connect your phone system to either the "music and messages" jacks (red RCA jack or pink 3.5mm jack) if you prefer "music and messages" to be played on hold
or to the black 3.5mm "music only" jack if you prefer "music only", this will give you a simple connection choice for your on hold experinece
This model also allows easy and low cost “custom messages” without the need to make a full new file
You can just create your own messages in short 15 seconds audio and paste them into USB or SD card for a “custom message"
