The wireless charging using the principle of electromagnet induction , in the electromagnetic conversion process, there is energy consumption, this consumption in the form of heat release, so the wireless charging are generated heat phenomenon. The product on-board conversion rate > 94.5%, wireless conversion rate > 84%. When you use wired to charge the device, you will find that the efficiency will be higher (> 93%), the efficiency of wireless charging (> 76%) will be less than wired charging, which is a normal phenomenon.

【The advantages and disadvantages of the combination of material characteristics and product use】
We use aluminium alloy body, the advantages and disadvantages are obvious. In the case of wired discharge, compared with plastic shell products, it has a better experience (prevent scratches, more sense of hierarchy). However, in the case of wireless discharge, because the thermal conductivity of metal is better than plastic, in the case of the same conversion efficiency, from the surface feeling, you will feel that it will be hotter than plastic. But you can use it with confidence, we adopt temperature control protection, when the surface temperature reaches 48℃ (can feel the heat), we will take protective measures and no longer electric discharge.
Secondly, we use tempered glass cover, this design can show the design of the box product well and have the real feeling. At the same time, the toughened glass cover is easier to be damaged compared to plastic, although we have taken protective measures in the design. Therefore, please do not intentionally hit the tempered glass cover violently.
