Q. Why can't I access the network after successful setting?

1. You may have inputted the router's password incorrectly during setting the extender. The password of the router and WiFi extender must be the same. Please reset the WiFi extender and go through the configuration.

2. The WiFi extender maybe out of range, please move it closer to the router which should be less than 35 feet.
