Special Features

  • It's a non-isolated boost power supply module, with input overcurrent protection,Short circuit protection,Input reverse connection protection and Low battery protection. When using battery power, if the battery loses power, it will not damage the power module and battery.
  • It adopts 7 electrolytic capacitors and a 33MM high-power iron-silicon-aluminum magnetic ring to prevent over-temperature magnetic saturation under high current conditions. Use a piece of aluminum radiator on the back to dissipate heat ,Reserve fan mounting holes, suitable for more DIY projects.
  • 1200W 20A DC converter boost Input voltage range is DC 10-60V, Output voltage range is DC 12-80V.can be arbitrary adjustable; Input current: 0.5-20A (MAX),Max output power is 1200W.(exceeds 15A, please add fan cooling)
  • Due to the high input current of 20A in this power supply, the output power is related to the input voltage. The higher the input voltage, the greater the power.Such as: input 12V * 20A = 240W, input 24V * 20A = 480W(This is high-power, please add a 12V fan for cooling)
  • Can be used for DIY a high-power notebook mobile power,as a car power supply, power your laptop, PDA or a variety of digital products, solar panel voltage regulator;Charge the battery, lithium battery, drive high-power LED lights etc.(Note:Never use a short-circuit output to adjust the current. The circuit structure of the boost module cannot be adjusted by short circuit)

Description

When using a boost power supply, please pay attention to the following points:
1. The input voltage of the power supply must be above 10V.
2. When using a switching power supply as the input power supply, connect the input power supply under no-load conditions and adjust the voltage first. Then connect the load. (Ensure that the switching power supply is always on), or adjust the voltage under no-load conditions first, then disconnect the switching power supply before connecting the load. Connect the switching power supply and the power module while the switching power supply is turned on. (Because there is a rise time when the switching power supply is turned on. When the voltage is lower than 10V, the chip is not yet working, which can easily cause the MOSFET to break down).
3. When used in constant current mode to regulate voltage, ensure that the regulated voltage must be higher than the input voltage. (For example, if the input voltage of the power supply is 12V and the no-load output voltage is 15V, do not connect a 3.2V LED light. At least connect four LEDs in series before connecting.)
