Attention:
if you're running single mode fiber, work immediately without any fussing.
if you're running multi-mode fiber ,Please make sure your multi fiber is in good condition, Because regular multimode fiber cable have larger loss more than single-mode fiber. If your multimode fiber have a big loss, it may cause some noise/hum issue, or caused transmission distance get shorter, like 300meters ,200meters even shorter, depend to fiber quality. The multi mode fiber attenuation allowable range required is within -1.5dB for 500meters. Please minimize your fiber optic attenuation as much as possible by re-splicing the place between fiber connector and fiber etc.
