Special Features

  • Nextion is a seamless Human Machine Interface (HMI) solution that provides a control and visualization interface between a person and a process, machine, application or device. Nextion is mainly used in the IoT or consumer electronics sector. It is the best solution to replace the traditional LCD and LED nixie tubes.
  • It consists of a hardware part and a software part. The Nextion TFT board uses only one serial port for communication. It saves users the hassle of wiring. As a solution to this situation, Nextion editor has bulk components like buttons, text, progress bar, slider, dashboard, etc. to enrich the interface design and drag-and-drop.
  • Compared to the basic version 7.0", Nextion Enhanced 7.0" offers new features: support for integrated RTC, data storage in flash memory, GPIO, larger flash memory capacity and faster CPU. With 1024 byte EEPROM, 8192 byte RAM, 32 MB flash data memory, 800×480 resolution, visible area: 154.08 mm × 85.92 mm, layout size: 181 mm × 108 mm × 9.3 mm. Color: 65K ( 65536) colors.
  • Figure shows two different test methods: 1. You can supply power from the Micro USB port. To do this, use the included USB connector and 4P cable. 2. You can use a USB to TTL adapter to connect to the screen.
  • There may be an error in the Nextion HMI file. If you power it from a micro USB port, the Nextion display may incorrectly show the T series. Please power it with a CR1220 battery(Not included in the package) and connect a 4p cable. The next screen will show the K Series.
