What is this?

This Adapter Board has a T-shape, which makes it easier to read the label, although it's not as compact. T type expansion board is also convenient for expansion and can be used for breadboard testing. Note that the T-shaped expansion board interface corresponds to the Assembled Pi interface. How to use it?
Step 1: Connect the cable to the Assembled Pi pins;
Step 2: Connect the rainbow cable to the T-shaped expansion board;
Step 3: Connect the T-shaped expansion board to the breadboard

What should I notice?
1. During use, please note that the T-shaped expansion board interface corresponds to the Assembled Pi interface.
2. When removing the expansion board from the breadboard, lift both sides together and take it out. If you lift one side first and then the other, it may cause the pin header to bend, affecting its use.
