The module consists of a 12 pin 0.36-inch red common cathode digital tube and a TM1650 driver chip, greatly reducing the number of driver pins and wiring. Only four IIC leads are needed to control the display of the digital tube. TM1650 is a dedicated LED (Light Emitting Diode Display) driver control circuit with keyboard scanning interface. Internally integrated with MCU input/output control digital interface, data latch, LED driver, keyboard scanning, brightness adjustment and other circuits.
