Keep your vehicle's USB port. Metra's ACC-USB2 cable allows you to keep the USB port in 2012-up Honda, Subaru, and Toyota vehicles when installing a new car stereo. One end of the cable connects to the plug just behind the USB port on your vehicle's console, while the other end plugs into the USB port on your new car stereo (it must have a rear USB port).
Compatibility: The iDatalink ACC-USB2 allows you to retain the factory USB port in select 2012-up Honda, Subaru, and Toyota vehicles when replacing the factory radio with an aftermarket head unit that features a rear-panel USB port. The ACC-USB2 converts the factory USB port cable into standard full-size male USB connector that can be plugged into your aftermarket head unit's rear-panel USB port.
What's in the box: 9" USB harness (terminated by a male USB-A connector on one end and a female Molex connector on other end)
In addition to the iDatalink Maestro ACC-USB2, you'll also need a vehicle specific radio replacement interface, wiring harness, and dash kit. Other install accessories may also be required.
As long as your new car stereo has a high-amperage charging port (1.5A or greater), this USB adapter harness should support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto operation. However, the number of variables involved means we can't guarantee compatibility.
