Instructions for Use: Crack: Place an individual vial blister pack on a hard surface with the label facing down. Gently apply pressure to the vial through the blister pack to crush the inner ampule to release Mastisol. Peel: Peel back the lid of the blister pack and remove the vial using aseptic technique. Apply: Turn the vial upside-down to dispense Mastisol onto the skin in a half-inch wide line. Apply Mastisol to the outside border of where the dressing will be placed, avoiding the area immediately surrounding the catheter insertion site.
