  • This kit includes 3pcs 1 meters PTFE pipes, 1 pipe cutter, 6pcs KJH04-M6 pneumatic fitting, and 6pcs JP4-01 pneumatic fitting.
  • JP4-01 and KJH04-M6 tube fitting to secure PTFE in extruder and hotend. The pneumatic fittings are PC4-M6 and the hotend fittings are PC4-M10, the upper part can be inserted outer diameter 4mm PTFE tube and self-locking.
  • PTFE tubing is the lowest friction premium tubing on the market with faster response, less retraction, and more accurate prints. There is less slippage, wear and tear on the extruder and less clogging when printing chunky filaments such as some wood fillers or iron fillers.
  • The PTFE cutter that can cut both sides of the feed pipe flat to prevent any malfunctions or heat spread during the feeding and retraction process. It can also cut various PTFE pipes and PE pipes.
  • PTFE pipe ID is 2mm, OD is 4mm, designed for 1.75mm filament. This PTFE tube is reinforced with a proprietary blend of high-performance additives that can withstand higher temperatures than any other tubes, making it ideal for printing specialty filaments such as ABS, nylon, and polycarbonate. This PTFE tube can keep working at temperatures up to 340 degrees Celsius.
