Grebe Push-Pull Caps by Best E Goods lets you replace most major water bottles with a squirt, squeeze push/pull bottle cap, making it easy to drink and avoid accidental spills.

Our plastic caps come with the sport bottle cap design that allows you to pull it open and push it back closed along with a sealing plastic cover which lets you put it back on and reseal after you are done to keep the spout clean from dust and debris.

How to Reseal Grebe Push Pull Bottle Caps:

- First, take Off the original cap and tamper seal ring of the listed bottles Above. You may need to cut the tamper ring off as some are much tighter.

*Note:* Alternatively, we have found some bottles to have very difficult tamper seal rings and sometimes it is easier to remove the Grebe Cap tamper seal ring instead. Grebe Caps will NOT fit on a bottle if the tamper seal ring is left on Both!

- Next, once your bottle is full of soda, water, liquid, easily screw on the Grebe Cap with a smooth twisting motion until locked.

- If on correctly, you should be able to tip the bottle upside down and even squeeze it, proving it is airtight.

- With that, the lid is good to go!
