Wormwood also known as Artemisia absinthus, Absinthe, Absinthe Wormwood, and Old Woman's Weed. Artemisia absinthium is a perennial herb of silver color. It is believed to come from Europe, North Africa and the west of Asia. The height of the plant is about 50-200 cm, the stems are straight, all flowers are tubular, yellow; the baskets are spherical, 2.5-3.5 mm in diameter. The plant propagats by seeds. It is resistant to drought and frost.
