The Pelia is a western inspired, tall shaft boot with cascading fringe detail on the outside middle seams. With two pull-on loops for each boot, the struggle is minimal to start rocking these beauties right away. The extra wide calf version provides a shaft circumference of 2.36 inches larger than the standard size to further reduce the struggle. The stacked block heel measures 3 inches. The suede upper is available in 3 colors with the oyster color treated to be both water and stain resistant. No need to worry about keeping the light color perfect. The snip toe design has a leather welt, and the outsole is rubber.
