INSTALL STEPS:
1. Unfold the rack, turn the 2 adjustable levers, then adjust it into the upright position, then lock levers on both sides.
2. Put the rack on the cross-bars, make sure rack ends don't hang over the ends of the cross-bars. Attach rack with hardware, insert 2 bolts through the base pad, attach metal plate, washer, and then knob nut, tighten knobs on each bolt to secure the rack.
3. Load and center the kayak on the rack, attach one end of the strap to the kayak front and place the buckle close to the kayak. Pass the other end of the strap through the bottom of the crossbar and then and tighten the strap with a buckle together.
