Purpose: This set of accessories is designed to enhance the fit and stability of the MQ4000 headband in certain VR usage scenarios, particularly for VR scenarios that require significant head movement, such as looking down at steep angles. The following are the installation steps.
The Package includes: 4*rubber ring back, 1*back cushion pad, 1*forehead cushion pad
Step 1: Install the rubber rings. Begin by unscrewing the screws and disassembling the front and back of the head strap structure. Take a rubber ring and place it over the buckle, ensuring it's smooth and secure. Repeat this process for the other side.
Step 2: Reassemble the head strap, ensuring the two side straps are pinched together without leaving a gap in the center to allow more space for easy fastening. The rings should snap onto the two triangular snaps by squeezing them toward the center to facilitate attachment. Press the circular ring assembly back into place and screw it in tightly. Install the rubber rings on the other side in the same manner. This completes the first step towards a more compact structure.
Step 3: Replace the back pads. Remove the original back pad and attach the upgraded back pad with soft cotton, making sure to distinguish between left and right directions. It should snap into place easily.
Step 4: Replace the front cushion. Remove the original cotton pads and replace them with the new cotton pads, which have been adjusted in thickness for a better fit. This concludes the installation process.
