We use injection molded ABS/PC plastic front panels, they are strong and has a high surface finish. the rear arms slides on to the rail tracks on the back of the front panel(s) and these are 3D printed high quality PETG material. All ports are accessable and not blocked by the rack mount. We make hundreds of rack mounts, both ready to go kit and custom design.
